All domestic orders within Canada are shipped by a combination of Canada Post and major carriers.  US and International orders are shipped between a carrier combination of Canada Post, USPS and other major couriers.

All Canadian and US orders are shipped with tracking information and up to $100 insurance liability coverage.  Tracking and insurance is optional on International shipments.  Shipments are sent out within 1-2 business days after completion of payment and orders are processed, provided that the items ordered are in stock and ready to ship.  Business days do not include weekends and Statutory Holidays.  All items are thoroughly inspected for damages/defects before they are carefully packaged and shipped out.  If any items are damaged during transit, please send an email notification, accompanied with pictures of the product to customercare@simpliquemode.com within 2 days of package receipt.

Please note that international orders are subject to brokerage fees, import taxes/duties and handling fees, which will solely be on the responsibility of the customer.  The amounts incurred are dependent and governed by the final destination country.  All delivery times listed are only estimated times and may be delayed during holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance and/or any other exceptions that are beyond our control.  Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be delivered within 24 hours via email.
