We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept returns based on the following:
- Regular priced items only. Sale items and certain items (listed below)* are final sale. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Item was damaged/defective upon receipt. Please submit a photo of the item along with the return request.
For eligible returns and exchanges:
- The return period for regular price items will be within 14 days after receiving your shipment (based on tracking number). After 14 days, item may be subject to review for merchandise credit on a e-gift card. dependent upon circumstance. Returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted after 21 days.
- Item must be returned in the same condition that was received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
Due to logistics limitations, we are only able to offer a size exchange of the same item if it is available or if the product was defective. All qualifying exchanges will be subject to review. Please contact us immediately and we will try our best to find the most reasonable solution to resolve such cases. For all other exchanges, the fastest way is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on jewelry (exception is a size exchange for rings), face mask, mask chains, hair accessories and headwear. All sale items are final sale. Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
To begin the return process, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that we can provide instructions and the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend that you add tracking and insurance for all return shipments in case the package gets lost or damaged! We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for the refund or credit to appear on your bank statements.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any shipping charges and/or duties or customs taxes or brokerage fees incurred from international shipping.
